I. Purpose and names
These general terms and conditions of use govern the use of the info@realadvisor-finance.ch website. The publisher and owner of this site is RealAdvisor Finance. These general terms and conditions apply to the entire site, for all products and services offered therein, and may be supplemented by special terms and conditions specific to certain services. In such cases, the special conditions will be found directly on the page relating to the specific services. The principle of good faith and the principle of trust apply to these GTC. Should the special terms and conditions be in conflict with these GTC, the special terms and conditions shall prevail. Whenever the name Fast Park is used, it refers to the site info@realadvisor-finance.ch and its services.

II. Acceptance and modification of the GTC

X. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The GCU are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
