What does it cost?
Registration is at no cost and without obligation. A CHF 350 file fee is charged only at the detailed review, before negotiation. RealAdvisor Finance is also paid by the selected lender, as is usual in Switzerland. That remuneration does not affect the terms offered to you.
Can a penalty cancel the benefit?
Refinancing before maturity can trigger a penalty. It is compared with the expected savings. Some group offers include a penalty-free exit if the property is sold.
Is this a club or a subscription?
No. You register your interest. We contact you when an operation matches your situation. You remain free to confirm or not.
Can I stay with my bank?
Yes. You can use the group offer to compare, to renegotiate with your current lender, or to decline it.
Who sees my file?
